I can't sign in. What should I do?
Check that you are using the email address you signed up with, then use the password reset option on the sign-in page. If you joined through your school, use the school sign-in option instead.
I didn't receive my verification email.
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm the address is spelled correctly. School email systems sometimes delay or filter messages, so allow a few minutes before trying again.
How do students join my lesson?
Start a teaching session and share the class code with your students. They join from their own devices and follow along as you present.
How do I connect Zoom?
Connect your Zoom account from the Prezuva editor. The Zoom integration guide walks through connecting, running sessions, and removing the connection.
Where can I manage my subscription?
Sign in to Prezuva and open your account settings. If you need help with billing, contact support from inside the app.
